Who is it? Dictator General Zia-ul-Haq and how was he killed –
In this way the plane of dictator General Zia-ul-Haq crashed and why did the close friends of dictator General Zia-ul-Haq force him to go to Bahawalpur?
17 August 1988, that day in the history of Pakistan, which is called the turning point of the politics there, on that afternoon an American tank was going to be tested in Bahawalpur, 530 km from Islamabad. General Zia was also sent to see this test, but Zia did not want to go there, but many generals of the Pakistani army forced him to reach Bahawalpur to see the test of the tank.
General Zia reached Bahawalpur at 12 noon, where he saw the test of the American tank which flopped badly. General Zia was furious, he reached Bahawalpur airport where his plane Pak-One was parked, this C-130 model aircraft was equipped with all kinds of facilities. When General Zia was meeting people before returning to Islamabad, he was gifted some mango boxes, which were kept in his plane Pak-One.
Who is it? Dictator General Zia-ul-Haq and how was he killed
It is said that Zia’s death was locked in these mango boxes, General Zia boarded the plane, besides the US Ambassador to Pakistan, Arnold Rafael, all the top generals of the Pakistani army were present. Except for one general named General Mirza Aslam Baig, General Baig was also supposed to board Zia’s plane but at the last moment, he refused and boarded another government plane standing behind.
General Zia’s plane took off, he was talking to the sky now, the control tower asked pilot Mashhud Hasan for the location, Hassan said standby, that is, everything was going well then but after three minutes everything changed. Suddenly the control tower and Pak-One lost contacts, messages were being sent to the pilot repeatedly from the control tower but pilot Hassan was not responding.
On the other hand, some people present in the desert of Bahawalpur saw that a plane was hiccuping in the air, it was General Zia’s plane Pak-One. The plane was falling rapidly, within just a few seconds the plane hit the ground with a bang and with it turned into a ball of fire.
While General Zia’s plane Pak-One was burning up in smoke, at the same time another plane was flying in the sky. The plane made three rounds around the wreckage and departed. This second plane belonged to General Mirza Aslam Baig, instead of landing on the spot, he went straight to the capital Islamabad. Knowing that General Zia’s plane had turned into a pile of rubble when the plume of fire and smoke was removed, 30 bodies were scattered here, one of which was that of the President of Pakistan, General Zia-ul-Haq.
By late evening, the whole of Pakistan and the whole world knew that dictator Zia had died, but the question was still how Pakistan’s most secure plane got grounded like this. This is a secret that even today every Pakistan wants to know.
Some people considered it an accident and some people called it a conspiracy, but after 24 years of this accident, such a disclosure has happened which has created panic in the whole of Pakistan. The pier was dropped. It was revealed that a well-known personality of Pakistan, whose name is Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan, yes, the same AQ Khan who made Pakistan’s atom bomb.
AQ Khan has created a sensation by revealing that the murderer of General Zia was none other than his pilot himself. According to Khan, the pilot of the plane in which General Zia was aboard deliberately crashed the plane to the ground. AQ Khan had told in an interview that the pilot of General Zia-ul-Haq’s aircraft, Wing Commander Mashood Hassan, had told one of my colleagues that he was going to kill Zia.
Mashood Hassan said before his death that he wanted to take revenge on General Zia and that he would soon crash his plane, even if he himself lost his life. When I opened this secret to General Zia’s son Ejaz, he started crying. AQ Khan gave several reasons for the correctness of his claim, he claims that General Zia had executed a religious leader a few days before his death and that the religious leader was highly respected by Pilot Mashoud Hasan. For this reason, the pilot started hating General Zia very much, which he avenged by crashing the plane. However, AQ Khan was never able to present any concrete evidence to these claims.
