Idi Amin’s height was 6 feet 4 inches and his weight was 160 kg. He had animal-like power in his body and made this power, he made his weapon, during the army job, he made boxing his career, he was the national champion of Uganda for nine consecutive years and due to this, he continued to get promotion in the army. Idi Amin enjoyed crushing the rebels, Amin used to crush any rebellion against the government of Ugandan in a bloody manner.
It is said that during this period Idi Amin’s blood was put in his mouth, he would kill his enemies with his own hands and then eat their body parts, but no one could know this reality during that period.
By 1965, Idi Amin became a general in the Ugandan army, now Amin was eyeing the throne of Uganda. Ugandan Prime Minister Milton Obote relied heavily on Amin, but one day Amin shattered this trust. Prime Minister Obote was in Singapore and here in the capital Kampala, Idi Amin carried out a bloody coup. In just three hours, the reins of the entire country came into the hands of Idi Amin.

That date was January 25, 1971, the people of Ugandans celebrating Idi Amin had no idea that after that day there would be no more happy days in their lives. 25 January 1971 was the date which was going to prove to be a dark day not only for the whole of Uganda, the whole of Africa but for the whole of humanity because now a man-eater had sat on the throne of Uganda.
Idi Amin started showing his bloody colors as soon as he came to power, he killed his opponents one by one, Idi Amin was everything in Uganda within a year of snatching power. It was the same law and the same country, Idi Amin called himself Dada and in Uganda, those who opposed Dada were openly sentenced to death. But the most disgusting face of Idi Amin was yet to come before the world.
The world did not know that Idi Amin Dada is a cannibal, that is, a man-eater who eats human flesh. Idi Amin’s secret was first revealed by his doctor Kibo Ringota, Doctor Kibo once went to Idi Amin’s kitchen to get ice, when he opened the fridge, his eyes were torn apart. Two mortals were kept in the fridge, when Doctor Kibo questioned some other people, it came to know that Idi Amin’s fridge is always full of human corpses.
It is said that Idi Amin enjoyed eating the flesh of the body of his enemies, Idi Amin had given evidence of this barbaric act, another government doctor, 1975 Idi Amin first killed the Chief Justice who did not listen to him. And when the post-mortem of the Chief Justice was going on, Idi Amin himself reached there, the doctor had claimed that Idi Amin asked him to leave and then satiated his hunger with the Chief Justice’s meat.
When the bloody deeds of Idi Amin started reaching outside Uganda, the world gave him a new name, Hitler of Africa. Hearing this name, he did not get angry, but he used to laugh. Idi Amin ruled Uganda for 8 whole years, and in these 8 years, there has hardly been a morning when hundreds of dead bodies have not been found on the streets of Uganda. There were more than 35 women in Amin’s harem with whom he had more than 100 children. It is said that Idi Amin, who was intoxicated with power, looked at any woman who used to believe her only after achieving her, in that era many beautiful women of Uganda were raped by Idi Amin, but no one Nothing went wrong and anyone who tried to do so got a painful death. Idi Amin’s second wife ‘Ke Adora’ had fallen in love with her man-eating husband, so she pretended to be in love with her doctor, it is said that Idi Amin gave ‘Ke Adora’ a brutal death for this mischief.
Entire humanity hated Idi Amin but Idi Amin hated Indians the most. His hatred can be gauged from the fact that by taking a decision in a moment, he had forced one lakh Indians to eat stumbling blocks after evicting them from Uganda. In fact, when Uganda was ruled by Britain, thousands of Indians were taken by the British government to Uganda, most of them settled there and due to their ability, they dominated the economy of Uganda.
When Idi Amin came to power, his first victim became the Indians living there, on August 4, 1972, Idi Amin gave orders to all Indians to leave Uganda with two suitcases within 90 days, he believed that Uganda’s wealth But only the people of Ugandan should have the right. With this decree of Idi Amin, there was a stir among the Indians living there, Indians left their frozen business water and started fleeing to Britain.
At that time the country’s Prime Minister Indira Gandhi also warned Idi Amin, but the cynical dictator ignored it. Idi Amin was becoming more and more autocratic, sometimes he would hijack an Israeli plane and sometimes openly threaten America, with the Libyan dictator Colonel Gaddafi on his head.
Idi Amin was so confident in Gaddafi’s power that he took hostility from the neighboring country Tanzania, on 30 October 1978, Idi Amin’s army attacked Tanzania, Colonel Gaddafi also sent the Libyan army to help Amin. Amin’s army and Gaddafi’s army together fought a war with Tanzania for a full 6 months.
As the days of man-eater Idi Amin was about to fight, the Tanzanian army hurriedly entered Kampala, the capital of Uganda. That date was 10 April 1979, it was the last day of Idi Amin’s tyranny. Idi Amin, who quenched his thirst with the blood of 600,000 people, fled Uganda forever, leaving behind traces of bloodshed and ruin, but still, the people of Ugandans were overjoyed as they were celebrating.
Idi Amin first went to Libya, the country of his friend Colonel Gaddafi, and from there reached Saudi Arabia. Idi Amin lived in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah for the next 24 years and died there on 20 July 2003.
